Terms of Use
Version 1 · Effective 15 October 2026
Who and what. This website is operated by Yuval Joshua Abraham, trading as Red Notice Help, a sole trader established in Greece. Using the site means you accept these terms. If we work together, we sign a written engagement letter; where it differs from these terms, the engagement letter prevails.
The services, in one paragraph. The path is published openly: a free assessment of your situation against INTERPOL's rules; if there is a realistic basis, a case review and grounds memo for US$600, credited in full against your project fee; then a fixed fee for each component of the project, by complexity band. Every figure quoted is a ceiling, not an estimate. Expenses are capped at US$1,500 per engagement. Of the fees, 80% is due on signing the engagement letter and 20% on filing.
Payment. Bank transfer, or cryptocurrency — currently Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP — invoiced at the prevailing rate and receipted like any other payment. The US$600 case review fee and experience sessions may also be paid by card, through Stripe, on Stripe's own payment page; project fees are not payable by card. Sanctions screening comes before any fee, by card, by coin or by wire, and identity verification before the project fee — a rule that never bends, for any client.
Refunds. Fees, once paid, are not refundable — stated here in the open, exactly as in the engagement letter. Two exceptions run in the client's favour: funds I cannot accept following screening are returned where the law permits; and if I end an engagement other than for the client's breach or dishonesty, the fairly unearned portion is returned.
No guarantees. No outcome before INTERPOL or its oversight bodies is ever guaranteed. What is promised: honest assessment, personal work, meticulous preparation and dedication.
Not legal advice. The Disclaimer forms part of these terms: Red Notice Help is not a law firm and nothing here is legal advice.
Your part. Anyone engaging me agrees to provide truthful, complete information and authentic documents. I will end any engagement that would require me to act dishonestly.

The site itself is provided as-is. To the fullest extent Greek law permits, liability arising from use of the site is excluded; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and any dispute belongs to the Greek courts. But first — as with everything here — we talk.
