Challenging INTERPOL. Restoring lives.
INTERPOL expert, chartered accountant, former CFO, and a Red Notice subject myself in 2019.
My case was reported by Reuters.
Help removing your INTERPOL notice, from someone who has lived it.
Almost everything written about Red Notices and other INTERPOL notices comes from people who have never had one — almost all of them have never lived a day with a Red Notice of their own, or know what it does to an ordinary life.
I am different. I am a chartered accountant and the former CFO of a subsidiary of a London Stock Exchange-listed, multi-billion-dollar company. In 2019, a Red Notice was issued against me. Since then I have studied INTERPOL's rules meticulously and learned how the system actually works — and I have worked with other INTERPOL subjects, studied their cases, and learned from their experiences: what really works in practice and what doesn't.

The CCF does not decide whether you did it. It decides whether INTERPOL kept its own rules.
Deleting a Red Notice is not about laws, it's about rules. To delete a Red Notice one must show that INTERPOL's own rules were broken when the notice was issued. The body that decides does not apply the law of any country: it applies INTERPOL's Constitution and its Rules on the Processing of Data, and it decides on paper.
In 2024 the Commission examined the data behind the requests it received. Sixty per cent of it failed INTERPOL's own rules. Not the law — the rules.
One of the foundations of my career is complex auditing. An auditor's job is to test a claim against a rule and the evidence. That is exactly what the Commission does with a Red Notice, and it is what a big part of my career has specialized in. Deletion is an audit, not a trial. Nobody is better placed to prepare a deletion request than someone whose working life has been rules and evidence — and who has lived under a notice himself.

First-hand, since 2019
INTERPOL, border stops and the long waits for decisions. Courts, ministries, regulators and professional bodies. I have had a Red Notice myself, and studied other people's — including those of some of the world's most prominent Red Notice subjects.
The rules, the changes, the updates — mastered from the inside
INTERPOL communications — deletion requests above all — turn on evidence and procedure, not outrage: a coherent chronology, exhibits that prove every sentence, grounds mapped precisely to INTERPOL's own rules. Documentary rigour has been my profession from day one.
An engaged and accessible partner
I am not running a billing clock. My fees are fixed, the work is mine and not junior clerks', and we'll discuss the grounds, and your chances of success, before you spend anything. My goal is simple: to solve your INTERPOL problem — access, correction, deletion, or stopping a notice before it ever exists — so you and your family can get back to living a normal life.
When my notice appeared and I was at my most vulnerable, I reached out to one of the best-known names in this field for help. What came back had not been written for me at all — it was addressed to another person, a "Mr Mendoza," plainly the residue of a generic template. Its only substance was a request for money. Nothing else. Every message sent to me is answered by me — and my primary goal, backed by specific expertise, is to help you get your life back.

Living with a Red Notice — what I wish I'd been told on day one and what you need to know.
Not every conversation has to be about filings. Some people simply need time with someone who has lived this — the dos and the don'ts of daily life with a notice: travel and borders, banks and paperwork, work, family, and state of mind. Practical insight, shared plainly from personal experience, in complete confidence.
These sessions are exactly that: one person's hard-won experience — what I would tell the 2019 version of me, on day one.
INTERPOL news, written and read from the subject's side — sharing what you need to know.
Five steps, from first contact to a filed submission.
First contact (encrypted, if you prefer)
Proton Mail, Signal, or the encrypted form. A paragraph about your situation is enough to begin — under any name, or none.
A free assessment of your case
I read your situation against INTERPOL's Constitution and its rules on the processing of data, and tell you honestly whether there is a realistic basis to pursue access or deletion. If there isn't, I say so, and you have lost nothing.
Case review & grounds memo
If there is a case — or if you prefer to start with an in depth discussion of your situation — we book a time for a meeting and talk it through in depth, and you receive a written grounds memo: your case and the strategy. The fee is credited in full against your project fee if you choose to go ahead.
Submission drafting
I build and submit the file: an indexed exhibit bundle and a submission mapped to specific provisions of INTERPOL's Constitution and its data rules.
The follow-through
Admissibility, correspondence, timelines — and the afterlife: revisions and re-upload responses if a deleted notice tries to come back.
Talking to me should not — and will not — create a new record of you.
I believe privacy is a fundamental human right — and that is how you, and your data, will be treated. No third-party trackers run on this site, and none at all on this page. Write under any name, or none, to begin.
When our work is done, you decide what happens to your case file — no small print, no surprises, every expectation set openly, honestly and transparently. The only records I keep are the limited identity details the law requires.
